Who this covers
The data controller is BigR Ventures, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Texas, United States. This policy covers the website; the apps have their own policies, described below.
What this website collects
BigR Ventures collects nothing from visitors through this site. There are no accounts, no forms, no newsletter sign-up, and no comment fields. No profile of any visitor is built or held.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising or marketing tags, no session recording, and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served by a third-party hosting provider. As with any web host, it automatically processes what a browser sends in order to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse: IP address, browser and operating system, the address requested, and the time. Those logs are held by the host under its own policies for a limited period. BigR Ventures does not use them to identify individual visitors.
Fonts
The typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so loading a page discloses the visitor’s IP address to Google, as any request to any server does. Google states that it sets no cookies for Google Fonts and does not use these requests for advertising. No other third-party resources are loaded.
Writing to the address on this site sends a message to a business mailbox on Microsoft 365. The message and the address it came from are stored there so it can be answered. Correspondence is kept as long as it is useful or the law requires, and is never used for marketing, sold, or shared except where needed to answer it or required by law.
App privacy
Each app has its own privacy policy, available inside the app, on its App Store listing, and here. Those policies govern the apps; this one does not.
Children
This is a business site for a general adult audience. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, children included.
Your rights
Depending on where a person lives, they may have the right to ask what personal information is held about them, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. For this website, the answer is usually that nothing is held. Anyone who has written by email and wants that correspondence deleted can ask at the address below, subject to any record the law requires be kept.
